We work with partners within the community to develop, support and promote the work of voluntary organisations and community groups, helping them to be as effective and sustainable as possible.

Services at Community House Selby

Community House has a staffed reception area to welcome visitors and to provide administrative support as and when required and a range of meeting, training, event and office space available for weekday, evening and weekend use.

We offer a range of Fair Trade refreshments including fresh coffee and a variety of teas. In addition we have cold filtered water available free of charge. We can also provide a range of catering options to meet your requirements and budget.

Community House is situated in an ideal location adjacent to a town centre car park and a short walk from the main Selby bus and train stations.

Our purpose built facilities were designed to maximize access with a ramp into the building, lifts to each floor, disabled toilets and hearing loops provided.

Office Space

Community House provides high quality secure office accommodation at reasonable rates.

Rent includes all service charges for cleaning, heat, light, power and shared facilities (maintenance of common areas, toilets, buildings insurance/Public Liability Insurance, reception service.)

Community House is fully accessible with lifts to first and second floor accommodation.


Community House is the ideal setting for your business meeting. It is home to five purpose built rooms equipped with the technology for making professional presentations in a relaxed but business-like atmosphere. The rooms have the versatility to be configured to your requirements. Refreshments and catering can be included in your booking.


Community House has seven dedicated interview rooms seating between four and six people. The rooms can be configured to meet your needs and are fully serviced by our friendly reception team.
